Meet the Board
Jenni Jensen, President
Jenni has lived in The Trails for three years with her husband and is a stay at home mom of four children Her youngest, Nora, has Down syndrome. Jenni is a part-time assistant to a Realtor at DFW Realties. Jenni is the lead General Coordinator of this project. She loves children and has a personal passion for children’s causes.
Rene Sinclair, Vice President/Sponsorship
Rene’ has lived in Frisco, with her husband for over 15 years. She has two boys ages 11 and 6. Her youngest son has a severe developmental delay that has him confined to a wheel chair. Rene’ has served on several non-profit boards and has a passion for volunteering. She is currently working with Shannon Swarbrick to raise one million dollars for Hope Park.
Colleen Kugler, Diversity Coordinator
Colleen works for Frisco ISD, helping the families of children on the Autism Spectrum as an In-Home / Parent Trainer. She has a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in special education and has been working in the field for 16 years. Colleen has resided in the Trails for the past 10 years, and she is passionate about raising her two children in a place that is accepting and accommodating of individuals with diverse abilities.
Shannon Swarbrick, Sponsorship/Fundraising
Shannon is a stay at home mom that rarely stays home! Married to George, they have two children, Marin & Kerr. Shannon has significant experience in the Non-profit sector, including fundraising, marketing and volunteer management. She has worked for the American Cancer Society for the bulk of her career raising millions of dollars to help cure cancer. Being a Frisco Trails resident for 9 years Shannon and her family are very excited to work on the Hope Park project. This is something her whole family can participate in from raising money, awareness about the Park and being a part of the actual build. Shannon will be assisting Hope Park in strengthening their financial base through corporate sponsorship and fundraising events as the Co-Chair of Sponsorship with René Sinclair
